Collage quilts generate a lot of tiny scraps. If they were just pieces of fabric they’d be too small to save, but they are backed with fusible web so I’d been keeping them for some unknown future purpose. One day while considering new project ideas it seemed like it might be an interesting experiment to make something using only scraps, and not to over-think the whole idea. Take-away: Linen is better suited for resort wear than quilt tops.
